Intensity: Medium  |  Class Duration: 1 hour Start with POLE INTRO if you have never tried pole dance before. In this class, you are going to learn how to hold the pole correctly, different types of grips with your hands and legs, a couple of basic spins, and elements that will let you feel the difference between Pole Dance and Pole Fit classes. After visiting POLE INTRO for 2 times, you can already choose other pole classes. Training outfit: Pole dance wear or t-shirt, top, short shorts (not denim, no leggings). * Please, don’t apply any oils or body lotion on your skin a couple of hours before the class. Avoid going to massage and spa procedures before the class.

Intensity: Medium  |  Class Duration: 1 hour

This class focuses on pole fitness, specifically designed for those just starting their pole journey. We will focus on gradually building your physical strength, by conditioning and practicing foundational pole moves. We will look at both base pole work as well as pole tricks.

This class is mainly focusing on static poles.

This class is specifically no heels.

Training outfit: Pole dance wear or t-shirt, top, short shorts (not denim, no leggings).

Intensity: Medium  |  Class Duration: 1 hour

This class focuses on pole fitness and tricks for a more developed pole dancer.  We will focus on continued strength building, by conditioning, more advanced techniques, and drills.

This class is mainly focusing on static poles, and specifically no heels.
Prerequisite: must be comfortable with inverting, and inside/outside leg hooks.

Intensity: Medium  |  Class Duration: 1 hour

This NON-POLE class bases itself on sensual dance formed from smooth movements on and across the floor.

It will help build your musicality whilst giving you a safe space to express yourself and increase your self-confidence.

* Knee Pads are required, and you can wear either socks or heels.

Intensity: Medium  |  Class Duration: 1 hour

It is a mixed-level class where you can practice floorwork acrobatics, such as shoulder stands, as well as various pole tricks that are integral to choreography, including fan kicks, thigh holds, spins, flybys, and more.

During this class, you will focus on the technical aspects of pole moves while wearing heels. Choreography is not taught in this class; instead, you will focus on mastering specific moves to enhance the spectacularity of your future choreographies. Beginners are welcome, and the instructor will provide modifications to accommodate different skill levels. However, prior pole experience is required.

Heels are expected, and knee pads are required.

Intensity: Medium  |  Class Duration: 1 hour

This dance class is designed to give you a space to connect with your inner sensuality and musicality. You will move through a base pole sequence that is designed for you to find your own flow and tempo. You will be encouraged to play with the combo at your own pace and speed, and add your own flavor to it. With a different music theme each week, we hope you will get lost in the music and let yourself loose. We welcome total beginners and seasoned polers to this class. 

You can wear either heels or socks, pole outfits or leggings: whatever you feel confident and comfortable in.
