We will help you understand how to strengthen as well as stretch and mobilize them.

Intensity: Low|  Class Duration: 1 hour

This 60-minute class is for anyone who wants to keep their spine healthy and prevent future back pain or injury. Healthy Back class focuses on back & shoulders strengthening, mobilization, stretching, and relaxation.  Exercises are low impact, and suitable for all ages and levels.
