This class is designed to help tone your legs, glutes and Abs by using weights whilst also increasing your fitness levels.

Are you looking to improve upper body strength?

In this class we focus on arms, back and ab muscles. Working with dumbbells, kettlebells and ankle weights. We don’t just focus on strength, we also have music themes to keep you feeling energised and leaving with a smile on your face!

All levels are welcome.

Finish your week by working up a sweat whilst training and strengthening your full body. This class will use exercises for your upper body, lower body and core whilst raising your heart rate. Leave the class feeling fitter, stronger and energised.

Introducing our Courses and mini-groups! Perfect for those who want more attention and personalized instruction than in our regular group classes, but don’t want to break the bank with private classes. In a mini-group setting, students can still have fun and be challenged while training among other people with similar dance goals.

With a separate package purchase, you’ll receive 8 classes with an experienced instructor who will provide individualized feedback.

Aerial

Intensity: Medium  |  Class Duration: 1 hour

Aerial Hammock Class is a unique class inspired by aerial circus arts. You will learn basic inversions and build upper body strength and flexibility. The instructor will gradually take you through all the basics to more difficult moves.

Training outfit: leggings, t-shirt/sport bra.
