We have a pole programme that we follow for beginners and intermediate. This has been created by the instructors of Ona Active and ensures the safest, most effective way to progress. You can find a copy here.
Following a programme gives you a very clear plan of action, it helps you stay on track whilst also offering a reminder of everything you have achieved previously. You know exactly the direction you are heading, what you need to achieve whilst also measuring your progress.
Our programme is a very safe way to progress for people of all experiences. We have ensured it covers different grip types and concentrates on full body strength building on the pole with regressions and progressions.
