WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN POLE INTRO/ POLE FIT / EXOTIC POLE?
Pole Dancing is gaining popularity nowadays and a variety of classes makes beginners a little bit confused.
Pole dancing can be performed in different styles and there is no single definition of each of them in the world. Moreover, it can vary from studio to studio. Let us explain how it works in ours.
We would like to recommend you to start with POLE INTRO if you have never tried pole dance before. In this class, you are going to learn how to hold the pole correctly, different types of grips with your hands and legs, a couple of basic spins, and elements that will let you feel the difference between spinning and static poles. After visiting POLE INTRO for 1-2 times, you can already choose other pole classes, because by then you’ll already be familiar with the basics and can easily practice in Pole Fit Class. Besides, there is a list of the elements (a printed copy) in the studio, so you can easily have a look and brush up on them.
Pole Fit aka Pole Sport/ Fitness is the most technical class of them all. It focuses on learning spins and tricky elements, which can help you tone your muscles and improve coordination. No heels needed.
You move from the simplest to the most complicated tricks step by step.
As our class is for students of different levels you should not be intimidated by the students with a more advanced level. They totally understand you as they all started once. You are in a supportive environment where others can help you, for example, if you forget a move.
Moreover, this class is essential if you want to add spectacular moves into your dance/exotic dance routine.

Exotic Pole and Pole Sensoflow are the classes where you can put your sensuality and inner goddess out there. These classes focus on learning a dance routine that includes pirouettes, body rolls, one-leg spins, and a lot of various turns. Basically, a minimum of pole tricks, but a lot of floor work.
If you have some heels or specialized shoes for pole dance, don’t forget to bring them with you. If you don’t have them yet, you can always practice in socks.
